Now, I did want to point out that they do say like, “Hey, we want you to come into the office, but after you work here for a little bit, they’re open to having you work remotely a few days a week.” So, just wanted to put out there, the required years of experience are zero.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
So, there’s no reason for you not to be applying for this job. And there is no educational, like bachelor’s degree, that is not required because it says bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. So if you don’t have the degree but you got the experience, you need to be applying for this stuff like ASAP.

Several Different Opportunities From Delta Airlines
Now for the Delta Airlines opportunity. So I actually have several different opportunities from Delta Airlines. Now, the first one I wanted to highlight is the flight attendant. The flight attendant is going to be kicking off their attendant training at the very start of 2027, which means you only have a little bit of time to apply and go through the interview process.
Delta Only Lets You Do a Flight Attendant Application Every 6 Months
Have we had other people come through Pay Bump that have gotten jobs as a flight attendant or jobs within Delta Airlines? Absolutely. So, I want to just point out that Delta only lets you do a flight attendant application every 6 months. Um, if you’ve already done an application, then please just go back and check the application.
A 24/7 Global Operation
However, they say it’s a 24/7 worldwide operation and all that good stuff. We all know what flight attendants do, and we all know how they help keep us safe, while also making things really comfortable for us.
Flight Benefits for Yourself, Your Spouse, Your Parents
And I do want to point out that Delta offers a competitive salary, a 401k, and then you receive flight perks for yourself, your spouse, your parents, and a companion of your choosing. Okay? So, just putting it out there.
There Is No Age Limit
You need to be at least 21 years old. You also need to have a high school diploma, that kind of thing. But there is no maximum age for this as far as I can tell. So, if you’re someone who just wants to begin a new career, whether you’re 25, 35, 45, 55, Delta is hiring for flight attendants. Prepared the résumés for you already. Now, the next opportunity that we have for Delta Airlines is going to be for an intern. Delta has probably well over 20 different intern positions. The reason why I’m calling this out is because I know a lot of you have kids that are entering into college or just started their first year of college.
Start Your Career in the Middle of Your College
Delta Airlines is an incredible opportunity for you to ultimately start your career in, if you’re someone that’s, you know, in the middle of your college. Um, so this is really great for someone that wants to work in reservations. Um, you want to be kind of like the person that’s like, you know, customer-facing, but also you’re doing some project work in the background.
16 Consecutive Weeks in Atlanta
So, all you have to do is be able to work for 16 consecutive weeks and be able to come to the corporate headquarters in Atlanta. And in some situations, they pay for, um, your housing cuz not everybody lives in Atlanta. So, that’s one of the good things about Delta when it comes to their intern roles.
We Just Need Positive Energy
So, please share this with your college kids, whether they’re your kids, your nieces, nephews. Please share this opportunity. If this is exciting to you all, please hit like. We need positive energy. We just need it. So, hit that like button. Put some positive energy out there.
Another Position Is the Product Owner
Now, another position that I wanted to show you all was the product owner. This is also in reservations. Um, it kind of falls under like the customer care, um, umbrella, but it’s a product owner. So, you’re not going to be talking to customers, but you’re going to be owning and prioritizing the sprint backlog for AI and automation products and, and balancing employee, business, and technical needs.
Translate That Into User Stories
You might translate the product goals and the business, the business needs based on the user feedback, right? And you might translate that into user stories. Um, different things like that you see on the website. Um, those things essentially come from like product owners that are taking the customer’s experience and we’re highlighting it on the actual website so that it translates into something that makes you want to be a part of Delta.
This Is a Six-Figure Opportunity
Right? So these are, this is a six-figure opportunity. They have all the benefits. Um, what’s cool is if you go on a maternity leave, you get 12 weeks of leave or if you’re a non-birthing parent, they also give you additional leave.
Delta Is Just a Really Cool Place to Work At
Um, Delta is just a really cool place to work at. My brother worked at Delta and like I literally was on a flight like every other week just going places. I only had to pay taxes and the taxes were like $8 and I would be in New York for like a $8 tax. Like it was crazy.

Now, one more opportunity that I wanted to show you all that you probably had not heard of before is with this company called Lulu and Georgia. Let me know in the comments if you have ever heard of this company. Now, although they are headquartered in Los Angeles, they are an online company.
Be Clear With the Recruiter
Um, this position is going to be for a customer experience specialist. So, you’re going to respond to customer emails and you may even engage in some live chats. I will just say this, you need to be clear with the recruiter and say, “Hey, am I going to be primarily doing email support or is it going to be chat support or phone support or is it just a mixture?”
Hey, I Hate Live Chats
Because this is going to cover your customer orders, your returns, processing, shipping issues. So, it’d just be nice to know, like, if you’re someone that says, “Hey, I hate live chats,” then it’d be nice to say, “Well, hey, we can put you on the phones or we can essentially let you do, like, email support.”
Listen to Her Talk About Her Puppies
Because not everybody likes to be on the phones, but some people love being on the phones because they say it passes the day. It, like, makes the time go quicker when they can talk to that little old lady from that tiny little town in Ohio and listen to her talk for, like, 2 hours about her puppies. Like, some people love that sort of stuff. So, make sure you’re asking.
It’s Going to Pay $21 to $23 per Hour
But this is a really great entry-level remote opportunity that’s very beginner-friendly. It’s going to pay $21 to $23 per hour. So, please make sure if you’re just getting back into the swing of things, if you’re reentering the workforce, please, please, please make sure you are going to Lulu and Georgia and applying.
Flexible Schedules
We’ve done the résumé for you. This is a great company to get some great experience and they have kind of like flexible, um, schedules. So some people prefer to do a Sunday through Thursday or a Tuesday through Saturday. So it can ask what sort of schedule you’ll ultimately be a part of.

When Life Happens
And I love that you can split your rent, you can split the mortgage or the car payment because sometimes when life happens, maybe you had all of the money available to you on the first of the month and then your car broke down and now you’re having to decide, do I pay a lump sum in rent or do I pay to get my car fixed in order to be able to go to work and take the kids to school and all that good stuff.
That Breathing Room
So at least this gives you that breathing room. So, if you need a couple of extra days to pay your rent, to pay your mortgage, to pay your car payment, you don’t have to worry about taking out a high-interest credit card or a loan. You don’t have to worry about risking eviction because you’re going to be four or five days late paying your rent.
It Is Just Ruthless Out Here
These companies are so ruthless these days. It’s crazy that you can literally tell them you’re going to pay your rent on the fifth of the month and they literally start the eviction process on the fourth of the month. Like, it is just ruthless out here.
Life Be Life, Y’all
So, I love that Split Pay at least gives you some breathing room to allow you to say, “Okay, I’m going to pay half of it and then two weeks later when I get paid again, I’ll pay the other half.” Because life be life, y’all. And it just happens.
I’m Sick of People Trying to Shame You
And I’m sick of people trying to shame you into saying, “Well, you should just budget. You should just be better with your money. Why don’t you just take half of your money and put it in savings and pay it that way?” Well, is that what we tell our kids when they have a medical emergency that’s unexpected that we have to pay for?
Use the Help Where You Need It
Do we just tell them, “Wait until Mommy and Daddy finishes budgeting and then we’ll pay for the broken arm that you randomly got that we weren’t planning for.” Like, come on. And I’m just sick of people, like, like shaming you guys. Like, use the help where you need it. Okay.
